The Villas at The Vineyards represent one of Nexgeneral Construction’s most meaningful projects — not just because of the scope, but because of the people it was built for. California Armenian Home, Nexgeneral’s very first client, commissioned the ground-up construction of 18 duplex-style independent living units on their 40-acre Fresno campus. Each Villa was designed to feel like a true home: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a two-car garage, upgraded kitchens, and quality finishes throughout. During construction, the project also required a sidewalk reroute and utility design changes — adjustments the team managed without delay to the overall timeline.
