When the California Armenian Home came to Nexgeneral Construction with plans to upgrade the dining kitchen at The Vineyards, the goal was clear: create a fully functional, commercial-grade kitchen capable of serving an entire senior living community — without disrupting daily life on campus. The scope of this renovation included a complete kitchen overhaul, from commercial appliance installation and upgraded ventilation to new cabinetry, countertops, and flooring built to withstand the demands of daily meal service. Every decision was made with the end user in mind — the staff who prepare meals and the residents who depend on them.
