Nexgeneral Construction is proud to have partnered with the California Armenian Home to bring Victory Park to life. What began as an empty, unused lot is now a peaceful and welcoming space where residents can walk, reflect, and honor those who have served our country. The project took one year from concept to completion and stands as a meaningful tribute to the veterans and first responders who live at the California Armenian Home.

Designing Victory Park came with its challenges. The site had strict building limitations because of an underground canal easement, but our team saw the potential. We worked closely with the California Armenian Home to explore creative ways to make the space both functional and inspiring. Ideas evolved through several rounds of sketches and conversations until a clear vision took shape. A beautiful central fountain became the heart of the design, surrounded by paths, gardens, and seating areas.

Our construction team brought precision and care to every detail. From grading and installing underground utilities to building the fountain and laying pavers, every step was completed with a focus on quality and craftsmanship. We stayed flexible throughout the process and made thoughtful adjustments along the way. These included adding a lawn area and enhancing the park’s monument sign with lighting to match the overall design.

Victory Park opened with a heartfelt celebration and has become a cherished part of the California Armenian Home. It is more than just a park. It is a lasting symbol of respect, community, and gratitude. Nexgeneral Construction is honored to have helped bring this vision to life.
