Nexgeneral Construction proudly completed the expansion of the Cognitive Care Facility at the California Armenian Home In Fresno California. This project added 10,000 square feet of space and created 18 new rooms designed to support residents in need of specialized care. The Challenge
Expanding an active healthcare facility requires a level of care that goes beyond standard commercial construction. Residents and staff were present throughout the project, which meant our team had to maintain strict safety protocols, manage noise and disruption, and coordinate closely with the California Armenian Home’s operations team at every phase.

What We Delivered

Nexgeneral managed the full scope of the 10,000 square foot addition — from foundation through final inspection — delivering 18 new rooms purpose-built to support residents with specialized cognitive care needs.
