The Fresno Lucky 9 Lounge at The Vineyards California Armenian Home is a stunning example of what’s possible with vision and craftsmanship. What began as a simple storage room has been completely transformed into a vibrant, welcoming space where residents can relax, connect, and enjoy a game of pool. Every detail was thoughtfully designed and built to create a comfortable and stylish lounge area that feels both modern and inviting. We’re proud to have brought this space to life and to see it now filled with laughter, conversation, and community.

From Storage to Sanctuary

There’s something deeply satisfying about taking a space that was completely overlooked and turning it into somewhere people actually want to be. The Lucky 9 Lounge started as a storage room — a forgotten corner of The Vineyards campus — and became one of the most-used gathering spots for residents.

The transformation required a full interior build-out from the ground up: framing new walls, running electrical for lighting and entertainment, laying new flooring, and finishing every surface to a standard that matched the elevated feel of the surrounding campus. Every detail was considered with the residents in mind — comfortable seating, warm lighting, and a layout that invites people to linger.

Today the Lucky 9 Lounge is filled with laughter, conversation, and the occasional pool game. That’s exactly what it was designed for.

This project is part of Nexgeneral’s ongoing partnership with the California Armenian Home — a relationship built on trust and a shared commitment to the people who call The Vineyards home.
